Here is how you can arrange the repair of your TV:
1. Book in your TV repair
Please telephone Cheap LCD TV's repair service team on 0845 539 9995 to register your name, model number of the TV, description of fault and the branch where you will be dropping off your TV
2. Drop off your faulty TV
You can return your TV to your local branch from the list below. At the branch the TV will be inspected and any visible cosmetic and technical faults will be logged

3. Receive a free estimate for the repair work
Our engineers will inspect the TV in the workshop and deduce the cost to carry out the work. Our repair service team will telephone you with details of the repair estimate and once you authorise the repair work we will proceed with the repair.
There is no obligation to proceed with the repair if you are not satisfied with the estimate, however we can reassure you that our repair charges are very reasonable. If you do not want to proceed with the repair we will return the TV to your chosen branch for collection.
5. Collect your repaired TV
Once the repair has been complete we will contact you to collect your TV. You are able to see your TV switched on collection to ensure complete peace of mind.
