| What types of products are sold by Cheap LCD TV? |
cheap-lcd-tv.co.uk sells 'graded' televisions. These are TVs that High Street retailers can't sell for whatever reason. We buy these TVs in bulk from them and they might be either surplus stock, end of line, discontinued models, TVs with damaged packaging/no packaging, 30 days customer returns or unwanted presents.
Before sale on this website, all televisions undergo a comprehensive quality control process by our engineers so you have peace of mind that they are technically perfect. All the TV sold are supplied with user manual and remote control. If the TV had its original boxed packaging when it came in to our warehouse we will supply it, if not we will supply other secure packaging to keep the TV well protected in transit.
All TVs have a perfect unmarked screen. The casing is usually in an excellent unmarked condition but on rare occasions there may be very minor superficial cosmetic hairline scratches. These are ignorable and will not be anything to distract your viewing pleasure, usually very minor, only seen when you physically stand right infront of the TV and inspect it closely.

| How can I pay for my TV? |
At cheap-lcd-tv.co.uk you can pay online using your credit/debit card or cash or card on collection. All your personal information, including your card details, names and addresses are encrypted by using the industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Alternatively you can ring our sales team on 0845 539 995 during office hours to pay a £50 deposit by card over the phone and then you can pay the balance on collection at your chosen Electronic World depot by cash or credit/debit card.
You can also pay for goods offline by cheque. Please call our sales team on 0845 539 9995 if you want to pay by cheque. Cheques must clear before purchases can be collected

| What should I do after I have finished shopping? |
After you have finished shopping, and you have added all products into the shopping basket you are asked for your name, telephone number and an email address. These details are required so Cheap LCD TV can contact you to confirm collection times. You must click the next box to confirm you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions to proceed. Then you must click on the ‘click here to check out’ icon. You will then be taken through a step by step process in order to complete the check out process.

| Why do I have to wait to collect my order? |
Cheap LCD TV will be in contact after you have placed your order to confirm collection times from your chosen depot. The reason you can’t go immediately to collect is because all stock is stored in the Birmingham warehouse and must be transferred to your chosen collection depot. We do 2 deliveries a week to each Electronic World depot so you should not not to wait more than a few days to collect your order.

| What do I need to take with me when I go to collect my purchase? |
When you come to collect your purchase you must bring with you the following:
1) Proof of ID - this must have your name and card billing address details on, e.g. bank statement, utility bill, full driving license (not provisional license). These details must match the details you provide at the time of purchase so we can ensure we are handing the Tv over to the right person.
2) Payment method - you should bring the card you made payment with
Please note a passport is not an acceptable form of ID because it does not have your address on.

| When is my order confirmed? |
| You will be sent an email automatically after you have placed an order with Cheap LCD TV. This email does NOT confirm the order. Cheap LCD TV will then send you another email to confirm the order and collection times. Cheap LCD TV reserves the right to cancel the order at any point

| How do I collect my order? |
At the ‘Shopping Basket’ stage you can select any 1 of our 5 Electronic World TV depots from which to collect your purchase. For full address details and opening times of each depot please see the ‘store locator’. Cheap LCD TV will contact you via telephone or email to arrange collection. You cannot turn up to collect your purchase until we have confirmed your purchase is ready for collection (collection can be made usually within a few days of buying).

| Do you deliver goods? |
We do not offer a delivery service, however there are 5 convenient Electronic World depots across the country where you can collect your purchase. Please use the 'store locator' to select the Electronic World collection depot most convenient to you.

| Can I send a courier to collect my purchase? |
No, we do not allow couriers to collect purchases on behalf of the customer. However a friend or family can collect on your behalf as long as you send them with the card you made payment with and also some ID with your name and address details on that matches details you provided at the time of purchase (for example a driving license, bank/card statement or utility bill)

| How do I search for a product? |
There are 4 ways you can search for a product on the home page
1) If you know the model of TV you are looking for use the “search by model number” function (left on the home page)
2) To search by specific brand use the “Search by Brand” function (left on home page)
3) To search by brand and screen size use the “Quick Search” (left on home page).
TIP: Tick the 'sort by lowest price price" to bring up the items in ascending price order
4) For a more detailed search click on the 'More search options' button (left on home page).

| How can I change the contents of my shopping basket? |
To remove a product in your basket click on the word ‘remove’ next to the product. You can then update your total price by clicking on the ‘update’ button

| How do I enter my credit card details? |
| You will be taken to our secure server to enter your credit card details automatically. Once this is complete you will be sent an email to confirm Cheap LCD TV has received the order and then another email to confirm authentication and delivery.
